When my girlfriend is upset with me she never wants me to touch her, but when after awhile she always says "Why can't you just hold me?" How the hell am I supposed to know when to do what?

When girls are upset and crying. Girls don't want their boyfriend to see them because they believe they look horrible when they cry. Also they just want to be left alone. Then they stop caring about how they look and they just want someone to hold them because they feel terrible and they want someone who really cares about them to confront them. I'm the same way.

Feel it out. It is important to look her in the eye and tell her you are there for her. When you hold her, hold her tight so she knows you really care.

Dude...just from your question I gotta ask. When you say she doesn't want you to touch her, HOW are you trying to touch her? Are you grabbing at her boobs and rear end constantly? Or are we talking about just casual hugs and arm stroking, etc.? Because it SOUNDS like she just wants a warm a gentle caress or hug.
