Why do they whistle, stare directly at (boobs/ass), say hey baby How you doing? Etc you get my point. In most cases (or from personal experience) most guys have been ugly and pure ignorant looking, so what if a slobbish-looking girl said to you (a guy) the same things?
Why do dogs lick themselves and smell each other as a greeting? The answer is simple, evolution!
Some individuals have not evolved yet to the stage where their testis have dropped enough so that the brain may receive the necessary hormones to develop so they are stuck in this stage which we like to call 'dog-a-behave-a-like-itis'. :)
The good news is that many women report that you may actually train some of these dogs to hold an intelligent conversation, put down the toilet seat when done, and believe it or not, some have even managed to train them to keep a day-to-day job and share their earnings / catch of the day. They may truly become your best friend!
. And as for a girl doing this to guys, I think most men would feel flattered regardless of how unsightly she looked. Not saying that women ought to feel the same way but most men view attention from women, regardless of how vile she is, with a smile as long as she doesn't become a stalker which cramps our style.
Well because there are a lot of girls that have low self esteem and like the attention. Ever notice how many more cleavage shirts there are now a days? It's like a girl wearing a shirt that says, "Who needs brains when you got these. " She's drawing attention to herself. If a girl dresses scantily, then she's asking for it. I'm not saying it's right for guys to do that. But women aren't stupid. They know how they dress, and they know how guys are. If you dress sexy but nice, you will attract nicer guys. If you dress slutty, then you attract guys that just want you for your body.
First of all I, who do NOT dress slutty, constantly get these comments by random men. Second, I don't think it's right for people to say "they asked for it" because of their attire. Are you saying it's ok to sexually harass a woman because of her clothes? - 10 months ago
There's a difference between saying something is okay and something is likely to happen and why. He's giving an honest answer as to what motivates some guys to act that way. Those Diet Coke commercials with the shirtless guy were based on the same theory. - 10 months ago

Did you not read when I said, "I'M NOT SAYING IT'S RIGHT FOR GUYS TO DO THAT. " I don't know what you were wearing when you were getting whistles or cat calls or whatever. But girls aren't innocent. They know what they're doing when they dress slutty. - 10 months ago
Right on man! Also with that, you have gotta love the shirts they where with writing write on there chest and they gripe about us looking? You look at us, what is looking illegal? Get a life that's my opinion. Maybe he's interested in you or messing with ya. - 10 months ago
But some girls don't dress like they're asking for it . And they still get unwanted attention from guys who are total slobs - 9 months ago

I agree that some girls don't dress like it and still get it . I'm not saying that guys are innocent by any means . In fact, they are the ones that are attracted to the body . If we weren't attracted to girls boobs and butts, then girls wouldn't wear those types of clothing . But I agree that there are a lot of guys that are really inconsiderate and just look at girls as boobs and butts with a body attached . - 9 months ago
Because as guys we know that some girls like the attention. I mean a girl wearing sweat pants with the word "BOOTYLICIOUS" across your ass is asking for you to notice. A girl with a low cut shirt is asking you to notice her boobs. So sometimes life is to short not to have a little fun. Sure some girls may get a little turned off but some girls walk away with a smile.
Would you be more willing to accept it if the guy was good looking? Would it be a different story if you were not alone and with a group of your girlfriends? It might turn into a joke.
Actually I have been walking with a girl before and have had guys make comments about the girl. I personally believe it is really rude when a girl is walking with a guy and someone says something. So I always wonder why some guys could be such dicks. - 10 months ago
Reading all the guys comments, they are true even though I'm a female myself. If you go out dressed a certain way trying to look cute to get guys attention, guess who's attention you're going to grab: guys. Maybe not the type of guys you want looking at you, but your dress attire doesn't specify which guy you want to look at you. There have been plenty of times when I dress cute and guys say stupid stuff or try to talk to me the whole time I'm out and then there have been other times when I'm covered up and no guy really talks to me at all. So in the back of almost every girl's brain they know what to do to get attention.
I'm not saying that it's ok for guys to do this because it's very annoying, but you just have to ignore it. That's what I do.
And for whoever said a guy would like it if an ugly chick hit on them is LYING (lol sorry). I've seen plenty of ugly chicks get turned down by guys because guys have these standards and are only interested when the women are somewhat good-looking. Guys care a lot about looks because if that wasn't the case, we wouldn't have to wear "bootylicious" across our asses to get your attention, now would we?
Sweetie: If you are pretty, your looks speak for themselves, and you don't need a sign. Plastering a "bootylicious" sign across your bottom is saying "Look at me, I'm easy". That is a way to attract guys, for sure, but it has little to do with looks. - 10 months ago

If looks speak for themselves why do girls feel the need to wear revealing clothes or sign on their body like that in the first place? If a guys gonna look at your face and nothing else why do girls feel the need to dress to impress? - 10 months ago

If looks speak for themselves like you say then women should be able to be a little baggy and still have guys looking at them, but does that happen, no. At least not to me or any girls I know, I don't know if that happens where you live or not. - 10 months ago
