Ok I like women 18-25 and it seems that the women who hit on me and flirt with me are like mid 30's to mid 50's . I think it is nasty to a point. Older women have always been attracted to me since I was a teen but now this is kinda getting creepy. So why all of a sudden is it so much more so now? If it because of to and the promoting of programs and movies that are about the lives of older women dating much younger guys?
I also experienced that when I was in my teens. Older men used to like me (upto now) but I don't really need a father-like image in my life! Unfortunately, I'm still single and guys of same range as me don't get attracted to me. Not sure why. LOL!

I like younger women because I do not like the baggage of ex-husbands and or kids. As well as many women 25 + feel they have been misled or wronged in some past relationship and take it out on who ever they meet next. I think it definitely is affected by what is the common "fad" of the moment and prevalent in Hollywood maybe. You see a lot of celebrities dating younger guys i.e. Madonna, Demi Moore. Then, it seems to create a phenomena in the dating scene. Women want to feel "younger and more attractive" so targeting a younger male will fulfill that desire or need.
However, I think in some isolated cases, these women mesh better with a younger male. At the same time, he appeals to her in some fashion and it works out.

I read it all. The thing is even a girl in her early 40's makes you a hypocrite considering that your interest is girls way younger then yourself. if you're interested in women 10 years younger then yourself then what is so wrong with women 10 years older then yourself? I think it's seen as more sexy for whatever reasons recently in society, so it's the "in thing" now. I would like to think it's a fad, but it may actually start becoming more and more common as divorces skyrocketed, women are no longer typically married in their 40's and 50's, they like to feel younger and sexier, so having sex with a younger guy is seen as really hot. It's almost like the guys equivalent of "taking a girls virginity" - being kind of a bragging thing.
Just look at how many stories are out there about women teachers seducing underage students. Before, I think it was because it as seen as so unusual, but now, it just seems like people are accepting the idea more.
Generally, I used to see a lot of really creepy 50 year old guys hitting on my 20 something year old girl friends. Generally speaking, I don't see many cougars where I am, - I don't have to deal with many creepy older women... but I'm sure they're out there - just not the places I go to.
