Is it to tear down their ego? Do humanize them, so that they appear less perfect and idolized? Is it simply because they're attracted to them and want attention?
I honestly do not. But I know guys that do. It could be that he got hurt by pretty girls before, or that he's annoyed by the fact that they don't pay attention to him (pretty girls can be bitches..lol)..
It could be lack of self confidence, a strategy to get their attention and fluster them, I don't know; either way, the guys that do make fun of them tend to be with really good looking girls most of the time (so I guess I'm doing something wrong.. lol)
Maybe They Aren't Personally Attracted To Her? I Mean I'm Not Attracted To A lot Of Girls Guys Seem To Love, Example Of Like A Celebrity... A lot Of Guys Would Like Rihanna But I Don't Find Her In Anyway Attractive, I Don't Say It As To Be Insulting But Its Just What I Think... Maybe Its The Same, But If Its Like Blatantly Bad Then Yea Guys Are Doing It For Attention And Being Jerkish lol
Not in all cases the guys that do are jerks. And it's not the pretty girls it can be ANY girl. Actually any person can be the bully or be bullied. People like that aren't worth your time ignore and avoid them. They will be/are losers anyways...
Some guys do it because they feel that because you're pretty you're "above" him, so by making fun of you he's trying to take you down a notch or two so you won't be so intimidating.
Some guys are bitter and seem to hate pretty girls because they can't get one.
Some guys do it because they may feel the girl is stuck up and he wants to show her she's not all that.
Either way, don't give guys like that the time of day. If he can't treat you with respect no matter what you look like then he's not worth thinking about.
Well I guess you can use my opinion too eventhough I'm a girl, but I usually call my skinny friends "obese" just to joke around with them. If I were to call someone heavy, "obese" then that'd be just mean. If a guy were to tease and make fun of an unattractive girl who already has a low self esteem, then that would be mean as well. If you are talking about yourself, then he prob likes you. There really can't find a reason why a boy would be making fun of an attractive girl, unless he liked her
You are at a dinner with her, have just walked into an interview or are at a first date with the best looking guy and there, your top two shirt buttons have snapped, or the pants you were wearing...
