To start off, we've known each other for years before we began dating and we were always friends (since about 10 years old) He asked and asked and asked me out and after saying "No" about 12 times over the years (since about 14) I finally said yes recently. (17)
We dated for 3 months then he broke up with me. He said I was falling to fast and he didn't want to do anything to hurt me so he's going to leave.
We had an argument about 4 weeks ago in which I told him to block me from his messenger because he did something that sent me a mix signal and I told him I didn't want to say anything that made me look stupid again (I opened up about missing him)
He unblocked me after a week but I still haven't messaged him for 3 weeks after the argument. He messaged me one day last week and we had a normal conversation but he didn't message me again.
I'm just wondering what made him decide to message me after I've stop talking to him for a about 4 weeks now. And why did he only message me one day?
My best guest is he maybe misses me as a friend . . .
Should I say hello to him and be friends?
Update: Today makes a week since the time he contacted me. I haven't herd from him since - I hear he's sick
