I'm not a monster and I can be very civil, but it's wreaking havoc on my emotions and I keep losing control! I've been trying so hard to let the little things slide and not do or say the first thing that comes to mind, but unsuspecting triggers catch me off guard. I can't afford BC either. So, does anyone else get this way in their PMS and have maybe some tips or advice? If I could I'd crawl into my bed and stay there until it's over.
I know what you mean. I'm not on the pill but exercising on a regular basis, eating foods with some estrogen like soy milk or tofu every now and then helps a bit. Try some yoga or any form of meditation. As much as possible, do something positive and constructive when you're PMS is getting the best of you. you need an outlet to vent which is why physical activity of any form might help. If you find that doing these things aren't helping, seek professional help.
