He told me that he liked me awhile ago, and he was supposed to come over last saturday but he just didn't show up(or call or anything).
does this mean that he doesn't like me anymore?

I am so confused and it hurts really bad.

It doesn't necessarily mean anything. Maybe he got cold feet, maybe something came up. Don't jump to conclusions. Give him a call (or even better send him a text so that he's got time to answer) and see what's up. If he doesn't reply, then try again in a couple of days, and if he doesn't reply then, he's probably not interested.
