My friends asked out this guy I have liked for a year, and when they asked him they said they just asked his friend to ask for them. Well the next time he walked past he had this big grin on his face and was watching me kind of, Now when I go to the store where he works to et some times he won't even look me in the eye, but he will have conversations with my MOM! And will tell her info about what schooling he's going to take and stuff like that. Also before his friends would you stupid pick up lines on me in front of him. HELP! Did he want to say yes, or does he not like me, is he just really shy?
I think if he had no interest in you, he wouldn't strike up a conversation with your mom.that's too personal. Also the grinning thing, it really depends, if he was looking at you directly and smiling this could be a good sign. However, if he was just grinning perhaps at what a friend said and then he happened to make eye contact with you then I wouldn't thnk too much about it. It all depends on whether he was smiling at you or not. I find it strange that he won;t talk to you but he'll talk to your mother, I'm guessing he's just really shy.I think the best thing you can do is to talk to him.maybe don't mention the whole ur friends asking his friends to ask him out thing.just build a friendship with him and start flirting and see where it goes from there. If you think he likes you, then I'd ask him out yourself, don't get your friends to do it for you
