i was dumped yesterday. We had only been together a month. But we said we loved each other lots and lots.
That night I felt so ill about it.
I lay in bed, watched Tv's naughtiest Bloopers with a 100peice bar of chocolate and I cud only tell you how much better I felt.

I don't know about all this health stuff people keep saying.

I just love chocolate because it tasted good. Is that such a crime?

Favorite kind of chocolate would have to be Nutella =p

Sometimes it is a comfort food and sometimes it serves other purposes. Chocolate is one of those things that can be good for many things at once.

Chocolate contains antioxidants which are good for you. Just don't eat too much or you'll start packing the pounds.

In my opinion, anything that tastes good makes you feel better, at least in the short term.

I don't know about anybody else but I love chocolate - I have to have it no matter what and it most definitely helps me feel better on the "not-so-good days".

I actually had a really bad day yesterday and by far chocolate was the only thing that made me feel good lol

It does for a little bit, but in the long run, no. It's just a nice treat to have every once in a while ; )

It's sweet, it's comfort food, it's an aphrodisiac, all rolled into one!
Chocolate is wonderful!
But for me, too much is not good. (Though you can never have too many Hershey kisses!)

Chocolate is actually proven to help sooth stress. Something in it, causes a chemical balance in your body, which helps sooth you, almost giving you a sense of euphoria. I can't remember all the details, but they say that it has a similar effect on your body as sex does.

Oh, chocolate is very therapeutic. When I'm depressed, it really helps lift my mood. It's the most basic of comfort foods and it tastes sooooo good!
