What should I do if I can't remember what a girl looks like?

Sometimes, I meet a girl, and I want to talk to her and stuff, but I forget what she looks like before I run into her again. Next, I might see her again, but I get confused which girl is girl is which. It is especially bad when girls change their hair, and everything.

How can I deal with this situation?

Haha, or maybe that's too creepy. If it's bad enough, I suppose you could always write a post-it note to yourself, with the girl's name and her defining features.
If they ever seem offended that you forget their faces, just explain your situation. Girls are surprisingly understanding. :)
