Well I think those are the first signs that someone likes you, and if not then she's very interested in you. Personally, I think she is brave for asking what you're thinking because a lot of girls don't do that even though they really want to know what's going on inside a guy's head. I say she's intrigued.

I mean she could be completely obsessing over you or if you are good friends, us girls tend to get into people's business a lot so she might be asking out of sheer curiosity. Are there other signs? If you aren't that good friends then yes she probably likes you.

It depends on how she is looking at you. I usually look at a guy when I really like him, otherwise I don't. But it all depends. Go with what YOU think, if it's not that then at least you tried.
