Has any other guy caught themselves checking out other guys?

Question

I go to the gym like 3 times a week and when I'm there I catch myself checking out other guys as well at all the girls. Is that normal or do I have a little gay thing going here?

You could be gay. You could be bi. But I doubt either of those.

Personally, I think, from the way you've written this, you're just kind of comparing yourself to them. It's almost like sniffing out the competition in a way. though if you're literally sniffing them out, then I could be wrong, and I would think you're either part dog, or you COULD have gay tendencies. ;)

Now, if you're dreaming of having sex with them, then you might have some gay tendencies. even then, I think it'd be about reaction towards the thought, and the occurrence of the thought .not the thought itself. But you'd have to answer that one for yourself.

Like I wrote before I personally think you're just scoping the competition.

Depends on what you're checking out. If you're watching a guy bench pressing a massive amount of weight or noticing a ripped stomach, then that's normal heterosexual behavior. If you're waiting for him to bend over and pick up a dumb-bell, then you might have a little gay thing going on there. I think some straight dudes are curious about other guys stuff. So I wouldn't worry too much. I figure if you are at all gay you'd be the first to know.

I don't think noticing that a guy is attractive makes you gay. Being attracted to the guy is what gets you on that path.

Well, you could be just noting how they look compared to yourself.  Or you could just be secure enough to admit that another guy is attractive.  If you are thinking about having sex with them, then I'd start wondering if you had a Bi tendency.  But even if you did, so what?  Well take care!

no its not gay. You're just checking out other bodies and kind of comparing it to yours psychologically. Its cool, as long as you are looking at the upper part of the body. lol.other than that yea.might be a little gay tendencies.

Maybe it's not a sexual thing? Sometimes I look at other girls at the gym just to see how tone they are in comparison to myself.

Nah, I don't think that has very strong links to your sexuality. The ability to recognize which guys are attractive doesn't mean you're gay. I pay closer attention to guys that I perceive as attractive because I want to figure out what it is about them which makes them attractive, so that I can hopefully use that to make myself look better.

first of all that is definitely NOT a gay tendency unless.your watching their ass or something. I like to go the gym to weight lift alot. and I almost always find myself watching some of the guys in the weight room because sometimes it gives you either a bigger work ethic to look like the guy (if he's ripped) or to work more(if he's a little guy who is in there a lot but isn't getting any bigger). to me it is all just to find out where you sit with the other guys strength-wise inside the gym
