I am bothered of being.so unforgiving.I don't know how else to say it. I am glad that this all happened.in a way.because it shows how impatient and judgmental I can be.

People aren't perfect!

We don't always know exactly how to communicate on some tings.and some of it is what we are fearful to say because we don't know how the other will respond or we just not sure how to articulate it in 'that perfect way'.and with sin in the equation.we are bound to mess it up some way or another.

This coworker of mine.he has never yelled at me, or get impatient with me but was always helpful and did things for me that he didn't have to do (and I didn't even ask him to do it, nor did anyone tell him to do it) and yet, he did it for me. He's always doing something for me! (.is it getting hot in here or is it just me.?)

Like many times, like he did today, I would be standing there and he would be like, it's okay, I got it and he would do my job for me! I'm thinking.what are you doing? You are MOD (manager on duty), so go be MOD, you don't have to do my job for me. He knows I can do my job at the front desk, but he does it anyways. I don't ever see him do that for anyone else at work! At least.I'm sure.?.I'm sure I didn't drink any caffiene or anything.but my heart is pounding.

He readjusted when I wasn't comfortable on other things he did when he could have continue doing what he was doing before that would have kept making me feel even more uncomfortable. Whether he did it because someone told him, or he did it out to save himself from getting into possible trouble or whatever.he still readjusted where as most wouldn't bother to readjust.

And that allowed me to rethink things and readjust as well.
.I am feeling really warm.and the AC is on too.

I'm afraid of getting to know him better because I don't want my moving out of state any harder than it is now.

I plan to leave him a note in what I appreciated about him which I hope will help bring to light on some things for him.

If you can't speak to him face to face about moving away, I guess a note works. I would really recommend to try and tell him personally instead of a note though.
