ok so everyone seems to think my best friend has a thing for me but I just say were really good friends so here's the things everyone always brings to my attention 1. he's a bartender so he hooks me up on drinks 2. when ever me and my boyfriend go out for a cig we come back and there's shots there for me but not my boyfriend which my friend bought 3. he buys me roses sometimes 4. whenever I wanna leave he does everything he can to get me to stay 5. he always asks me what I'm doing that day 6. he will buy me lunch a lot 7. he always wants me to b his partner in beer pong and I'm no good at it at all 8. if he stiffs me and my boyfriend the next time we c each other he buys me all this stuff to make it up to me but won't make it up to my boyfriend 9. he's always asking how my familys doing 10. if I ain't got the money to go out he tells me not to worry about it he has it covered 11. he plays with my hair a lot which my boyfriend hates 12. he has a these little nicknames for me 11. when me and my boyfriend get into a argument he's always making sure I'm alright. 12. he sings these songs to me all the time. 13. if me and my boyfriend are at the bar and we go outside he always looking out the door. he always insists on doing lines of shots with me even if I don't wanna and there's plenty of people that would do them with him 14. he gets mad if I don't give him a hug. 15. he's always starring at me. I don't know I still insist its cause were just really close friends but everyone else thinks he has a thing for me and that somethings going on between us so need your guys help on what you think.

Clearly he does like you, but that's not the big issue. The real concern is that this chaps behaviour is inappropriate. I'm amazed your boy friend has put up with this behaviour. This chaps behaviour will, (if it hasn't already) have a detrimental effect on your relationship with your boy friend, and best friends should not do that. You really need to tell him to stop; at least buying you roses, hugging you and playing with your hair.
