Okay, here's the deal. There's a cute guy at my school that I've been crushing on for quite some time. I finally got up the guts to talk to him. well, sorta. I saw him in the hallway and made my move by lying and saying I needed help looking for a friend. He bought it and we looked together. So then, I added him on facebook, and we talked a little, and eventually, my friend Jonathan (without letting me know) set it up where we'd all go to this club after school together, and then hang out a little bit at the school. So I did, and since Jon was a little nervous (the club was like a REALLY smart club for like science lovers XD) we got there late. When I stepped in, I smiled and waved at him and he smiled and waved back. Throughout the entire presentation, he kept looking back at me. probably no more than four times. Then again, Jon and I were whispering, but not very loudly. So after it ended, Jon and I had to stay late to register and stuff, and Charles (the guy I like) waited for us. Then we hung out a little. I tried making conversation, like "What music do you like?" but he'd always give me short answers like "Anything" and he would just keep looking down, and he moved around a little bit. Since then, he doesn't talk to me as much on facebook but is TOTALLY open with Jon. He told Jon that he thinks we're a little weird (in a good way he said) and that he likes that we can be ourselves. But he also said that he was "afraid that we didn't have anything in common."
Today, I went to the club with him alone since Jon wasn't there. He didn't talk to me /at all/, but he and I met eyes a few times. When the club let out, he went with the members to talk for a little bit and I left for a few seconds, but when I came back, he got a little quieter.
I have no idea if he thinks I'm a freak or if he thinks I'm cute, but I wish I knew. D:
