My friend has been coming to me with her problems with her ex. He's taking advantage of her well.stupidity. He uses her mainly for sex and then leaves her. I've been telling her since Feb. to stop going back to him but she doesn't listen. Anyway today in class she told me that she say him this morning to "talk things over" and they end up doing and and he busted inside. Now she thinks she's pregnant. She hasn't gotten her period for this month yet. Is it possible she will get pregnant?

There is a very good chance that she is pregnant. Best thing she could do now is get a test done, and if positive than figure out whether to keep it or not, depending on her beliefs and all.
