Most guys won't treat girls like that. For the few who will, who cares? If a guy seems overly flirty or says he's into you but seems more into himself, then he's probably making some stupid joke. Watch eye contact and subtle body language hints that he doesn't know exist, like mirroring and watching a girl's lips.
