we dated in january, but broke up not even 2 weeks into the relationship, he said 'its weird because were such good friends' I acepted that because it was.
in febuary, we hooked up, just kissingg. he asked 'if that ment we were going back out?' I asked 'what happend to you don't like me likee that, & its wierd' he told me he did like me, but it was kinda wierd. I never replied to him.
once he started dating a friend of mine that march; I had a breakdown, and relized how much I liked him. I never said anythingg tho.
after they broke up, me and him stayed talking; as friends.
over summer we couldn't talk for about 2 months, due to us both being out of state.
when I returned home I called him, we then talked every day and night from that point on, sometimes are conversations would be entertaining, we'd flirt sometimes too. but then other times it would stay quite, but he'd stay on the phone with me anyways, when I would say 'ill talk to you tomarrow' he'd be like 'why?' I reply 'were not talking.' he'd say 'so?' then randomly bring up somthing. he never wanted to hang up the phone.
when he came home; school had started and he found a job, so there wasnt much time we could spend together.
a month ago; we found time to chill, and we ended up hooking up. we went as far as dryy humping.
after this when we'd talk on the phone, he'd have his preverted comments. and when id say 'f**k you' he'd say 'when ever you want it' or 'lets go' . we had 1 conversation were we played 'the question game' which is were he asks a question, I answer. then I ask, and he answers. he asked manyy questions relating to that night. and all of his questions had to do with sexual 'subjects' or my past relationships.
recently he came over again, he spent the night. and we hooked up that night. we went a little further, no sexx or oral tho.
in the morning, we wrestled some; then ended up kissing;dry humping;neckingg. ect
[yet again no sex] I'm not looking for sex either; I'm still a virgin. I wouldn't mind loosing it to him. tho I don't want to loose it to him in a 'hook up' I want a relationship.
i just wanna ask for some opinions. -do you think he's at all interested in me [againn]? -does he only want to keep hooking up? -if no, should I tryy and pre-sue [spelling sucks sorry] a relationship? -[to above] how should i?

First of all, "hooking up" is not dry humping or anything like that, it's full sex. When my friends, either guys or girls, say "I hooked up with so and so", it means I had sex with them.
Onto your questions.
-do you think he's at all interested in me [againn]? Yes and No, he's interested in you, but he only wants sex. He doesn't want a relationship. He wants you to be his "friend with benefits". Which is fine if that's what you want also. Otherwise make sure to understand that is what he wants. This is guy behavior 101 to tell you what he wants. Obviously you're letting your romantic feelings intrude into all of this.
-does he only want to keep hooking up? Yes, he wants to have sex with you and keep you as a friend only.
-if no, should I tryy and pre-sue [spelling sucks sorry] a relationship? He has giving you too many clues that he's not really interested in a relationship of the boyfriend/girlfriend kind. He wants to have sex with you and be friends.
-[to above] how should i? Run a little test. Tell him you're interested in having sex, but only after dating in a committed relationship for at least six month and see what he says. My bet is he won't be around for that long. There's many other guys out there, so "next" him.
