I have been out with this girl and I have not seen her in a week. Last Saturday I texted her and got to chatting. I asked her to go out with me today. She said she would see, because she might have to work and I told her to just let me know. Do I call her later on or should I wait until a couple more days pass and see whats up?

I like guys that are persistent (hey if you want it, you got to earn it!) so I would say call later on. But if she said she would call and hasn't, then wait a few days and then call and find out what happened.
