Can someone please help me getting over him?

The easiest way you can get over him is to find some other guy and have a crush on him, but you shouldn't do that because you'll still get hurt badly if the new guy won't ask you out. This is what you should know, he's not the only guy out there for you, there are other guys out there that can make you feel good and will most likely ask you out. The guy your trying to avoid, stop avoiding him like magicgirl said. Hang out with him and just enjoy the time you spend with him. A guy doesn't have to be your boyfriend to have fun and vice versa. Just enjoy hanging around with him, and yes I'm sure you enjoy his company so just enjoy it and don't think more out of it than just a guy to have fun. Try it and it will work, in fact, you'll have a lot funner now than you did before. I tried this with the girls and it works for me, so I'm speaking from experience!

I agree with others, stop avoiding him and just try to relax. It is in human nature that we want more and more the things that we deny for ourselves.
I am also the kind of person who gets very attached to someone I like, like going a little bit crazy or obsessed LOL, what helps is to try to see him as he is, think about everything that is not perfect about him, do not concentrate on your feelings for him, relax, and then you will notice that it is not so difficult.

I had issues like this where the guy only wanted one thing and if that's what he wants then don't give it to him hopefully he will get the message. I mean please stay strong tho! How do you know he won't ask you out? Be friends with him and start from there. Avoiding him will only make you want him more. Just say Hi. See what happens. It could lead to something worth checking out.
