I know this guy, and when I met him, he was married, and didn't tell me until a few weeks after we met.
but he and his wife at the time were having problems, and separated, so he and I started seeing each other.
He had just changed jobs and was going to be moving out of state, and had already talked to me about moving with him, (he was still legally married and he and I had only been seeing each other for about a month at the time. )
Anyway, I ended what we had, because I wasn't ready to make that kind of commitment, it was moving too fast, and I really didn't think of it being a 'serious' relationship, ya know?
So we stayed friends, and now he's been seeing this girl for about 2 months, and he has already purposed to her, and she's living with him and everything.
He and his previous wife did get a divorce.
I think that he is just afraid to be alone.
considering he's 28, and has been married 3 times already.

So what does it sound like to you guys?

Afraid to be alone, or what?

There's definitely something wrong with him, to go through that many women so fast, and get so serious so fast. The real shame is that none of his relationships seem to last. It would be one thing to get serious fast, and be the happiest guy in the world, but this isn't happening with him. He definitely has relationship problems; be glad you didn't stay with him, and get married

It sounds like he doesn't know what marriage means and he has to have someone there. You were smart. Yes he definitely can't be alone.

Advice: How To Be Single And Happy
Does it ever annoy you that you're single?
random-ren asked 19 days ago

Yes, most of the time! I really wish I had a boyfriend/girlfriend!

A little, because I feel left out.

Not really...

Nope! I have too much fun being single!

What's there to be annoyed about?

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I usually start off with a joke. I use comedy as an ice breaker. If I'm nervous that's all I'll do. If not I just strike up a conversation. I'm good at both.

How do they typically respond?
They talk back. Half the time I get to take them on a date.

Do I have the right approach?
