What is he really thinking?

Right now I'm in the same exact position as you. This guy is my best friend and I just love him to pieces. Have you ever asked yourself if you like him because he's such a close friend? Do you like him for something specific like the way he acts? The way he smiles? Sometimes if you really think about it you can answer your own questions. Could it be just a crush? You really need to take time and just think about it. Talking to him also helps. I told my best friend that I loved him. I've known him for 10 years so he understood and accepted it. I explained that I really didn't want to love him like that and he kept telling me it was okay. He has an interest but we're both scared to move forward.
