You have to tell me a lot more about your relationship in order to give you real advise. Its sound as if something made her fall out of love and whatever that something is that's your problem and fixing it may or may not be worth it and then you will always be taking the chance because once the person you love breaks your love or trust for what ever the reason may be it is very very hard to get it back the way it was and the way it was is what we always want back. SO from now on in all aspects of your life learn to value and appreciate what you have when you have it instead of when you lose it.

She has to want to come back. It sucks but no matter what you do or say, if she isn't in love with you she will never come back. Sorry to be so cold like that. But, you can't force someone to love you no matter how much you change. But, you can let her know you have changed and prove it to her. See if she still loves you. Time is how that will happen. But there is no magic wand to make her come back to you. Make her miss the old you.
