I love my boyfriend but we get in fights about 3 times a week and we break up then we get back together the next day. Yesterday he was over for dinner and we were eating in my room and I mentioned this dude from homeroom flirting with me then he got all mad thinking that I was cheating on him for this dude in homeroom. Today he called me and said that he was sorry for over exaggerating and that he knows I would never cheat on him. Its like an emotional rollercoaster for me. Please help!
Why would you tell him that someone was flirting with you in the first place? How would you expect him to react to that? Especially when you're expressing the flirting in a positive way. I'm sure he wouldn't be mad if you went to him and said "can you believe this guy?! He knows that I'm taken and he's still flirting with me! ". There are other ways to find out if a guy "care" or not, so I don't understand why people choose to use this method so often. Here is a little advice for the both of you. You need to think before you act and he needs to "man up" and stand up for himself.
Dont worry me and my boyfriend fight like everyday but we don't break up. But I know how you feel. Maybe its just time for you too move on cause if he accuses you of cheating every time you talk to a guy he just doesn't trust you.
