So I had a boyfriend. It was my birthday like two weeks ago. So on my birthday weekend he came over and hung out with me. We went to the park really late at night and it was the first time he kissed me! We had a really romantic time together. Then the day after my birthday he came over to my house again. We just stayed at my house and we watched a really romantic movie and had a great time!
One week later after school he came over with his friend. We went to the park to hang out and he had a really bad attitude. He was being really mean so I didn't bother to make a move or do anything because I was scared. After he went home he texted me and dumped me because I didn't do anything to him while we were at the park! And we just started talking again as friends and he told me that he was sorry and that he made a big mistake and that he was in love with me.I don't know whether to believe him or not. Any help?
He dumped you in a text message?!?! (freaking ridiculous!) This fellow is not yet mature enough for what you would call a dating relationship. Everything he has done supports that assessment. His only concern, at the moment, is for instant gratification which explains his crabby response to the lack of physical intimacy in the park the second time. And I also believe it relevant to note that he does not love you. That will take time. He IS right about one thing though: he did make a big mistake. Assuming that he is motivated to mend things between you guys, I would go for a friendship. He does not yet deserve to have you as anything more; he has to earn that.
Well you are still young so you have heaps of time to find another guy. A guy that does not change around his mates and does not show off. Why is it your fault? it takes 2 to tango Maybe let it stay a friend ship and see what you want later on down the track. and tell him not be a jerk when you and his mate is around.
guys are crazy. especially teenage guys. either you can ride out his crazy, if you think that's worth it, or you can say forget it, if you feel you're beyond that. Because honestly, there's really no way to CHANGE the fact that he may not know what he wants.
Why is it when people break up, ask what they did wrong or why the relationship failed, or give limited information on what happened at the end of...
