Those type of books don't work at all for guys, especially this one. Moving on from your ex is the best way in my opinion. Girls have an easier time moving on because they always have guys chasing them. Don't waste your time and money, and stay away from family and friends opinions about "love" and "relationships". You should be having fun with those people. Start dating, look your best, stay positive, forget your past, and have some fun. That makes you a good catch for someone new and makes moving on easier.

hey...actually you don't have to buy those books. I m not saying that it wouldn't be helpful. It's just that a book can have several theories and stories. Obviously it can give you true inspiration. But I think the better way is to talk to you friends or your family about your problems. Books can just tell you some stories and you are already a part of a story...ur own real life story..:).take care
