Well if he didn't wanna be with you then just realize it was never meant to be and there's more to life than being agonized over this one person. Hang with friends...just go out and do whatever the hell you want.
Stay around your friends more often and do what you like to do. Go see movies, shop, etc. The pain will slowly fade. Also, you could pretend a pillow is your ex and beat the thing to death.

Don't worry about being sad because to me that is apart of the process if you're getting over someone. Just don't let him bring you down because if he broke up with you he really isn't worth something bad happening to you. Try not to think of him, or act strange around him because if you do, he'll think he has contol over you ^-^ Keep your head up!

Well, depending on how long you guys were together and how attached you were to him... the time you need to move on may vary. It's up to you how long you need to vent. Keep yourself busy and bring up your confidence. Don't put yourself out there until you're ready. For now protect your heart and focus on moving on.
