We have been being together for 2 and a half years. We went very good so far. But one month ago, I found he had another girlfriend. But he keeps telling me that I'm his ideal partner when he can settle down. I asked him to leave that lady, but he doesn't want, or even requested 1 year time to end up with her. That means they keep going on. I told him I need to end up our relationships, but he wants us to be good friends. But I really can't do it now. Should I reclaim him back?

You can't really reclaim someone who doesn't want it. You should cut your losses and move on. You can't be friends with someone so soon after a breakup. You need a period of no contact. He has a girlfriend. He has chosen to be with her. You deserve more than what this guy is offering.
