Is there the perfect time/place to speak to women?

So there are a couple of things I have to add.

Its not what you say, its how you say it.

Anytime is the perfect time to approach someone - provided you have a confident presence to back it up.

You get so much better at the dating game, when you stop focusing on girls and start focusing on you and your overall game.

Speaking to women; I don't really know but by what do you mean? If I'm getting what your saying there are perfect times to speak to women when they're in the mood. A woman's mood is like a sand by the sea - to try and figure us out is like trying to find that perfect sand in the water or something like that. Women's emotions are complicated to understand - you need to have patience and courage with us!

I usually find it best time to speak to them when they are sleeping. You just say something like "Can I go out with the boys this weekend?" or "Can I buy that new 50" flat screen TV?"

They don't say very much but, every once in awhile I'll get a subtle "uhz ma becuzm" which I reckon mean "yes".

Is there a perfect time to speak to a women?

Yes, when you are confident and feeling good and she is in the same state of mind.

Bad time: During a traffic and you look over to a women talking her head off on the phone.
Good time: You're at a social event and having a good time.

Chance to understand the other gender?

Yes, lets say men are on the far left and women on the far right. As time progresses and you interact more, both genders eventually run towards the middle.

Men: "why does she hate my car so much? "
Women: "How come he doesn't me to hang out with his friends? "

They will be answered with time and experience.

Well even if it's not the best of times. It's either NOW or never. :)

You usually don't get more than one chance at things in life. Unless you live in a small town where everyone knows each other, you probably won't see the girl again.

There is never a perfect place or time. Just go for it!

A chance to understand women? Hah. You might as well try solving the Riemann hypothesis. If you want to talk to them, just pick an interesting moment where you can both relate - such as missing the train, or someone making strange noise. Try to make it a funny comment (I'm assuming you have a decent sense of humor). But what do I know, I'm Just A Random Guy.
