If she wasn't interested she would have tried to keep her distance from you after you told her she was very beautiful. Its pretty much a dead giveaway to a girl that a guy likes her when he calls her beautiful. So when you told her how pretty you thought she was, she would have started keeping her distance from you if she wasn't interested in you as well. Because she didn't do that, she likes you back. If she didn't like you she would not have agreed to help you with volunteer work.
