I met this guy and we exchanged numbers and he asked me when he should call me or expect a call from me and I told him he could call me later on that night if he wanted. That was 3 days ago and he still hasn't called. Should I call him?!

You could give it a try but to me if someone really likes you he will really find a way to talk to the person he likes and for 3 days I think he maybe not that interested or he doesn't really care..But sure you could give it a try..lol. life is short make the most of it..lol
