ok, so I've been dating this guy for quite some time (4-5 months) we are exclusive and everything, but we aren't really in an official relationship. He has not told me that he wants to take a bigger step.. that means being in an official relationship.. I really want to know why we aren't on an official relationship..

Hmm...good question.Well youve been dating for alomst five months now so I would say that you are in an exclusive relationship.Theres no way of bringing it up without scaring him off.If you think he's the type that will scare easily if you bring up the "where is this going" topic.Kind of just feel him out for a while and see what his reactions are.if he's invited you out with his family or friends its a good indication you two are exclusive.also if he's on the phone see what he tells his friends.if he says anything like "im with my girlfriend" then you have your answer.if you still don't see any immediate results then I would just ask him about it and see what he says.One way if you're daring, you can say that a guy asked you out but you said no becuz you are seeing this guy but were unsure of what exactly to say..see what he says.sorry so long but I hope it helped.
