Do you believe Myspace (or Facebook) can cause serious problems in a relationship and quite possibly break up a couple?

Should a girl worry/feel threatened if she meets a guy she likes but he has a page on one of these sites with 50-200 gorgeous girls in it as a friends? You also have one but with less guys (is that hypocritical? )

Generally, I believe it usually is harmless and about 85% of the population has either Myspace, Facebook or both but I guess most of us can't help feel a bit jealous even if most of the girls live in other states/countries.

We can't blame the internet for the infidelities of our partners. That would be like blaming rock music for the misbehavings of our youth.

Even if he has 1000 girls on there, as long as he doesn't cheat on you or try to make dates with other girls ( if the two of you are exclusive ), then it's nothing to worry about.

Before there was internet, people still cheated. The internet just makes it easier to cheat, but the internet isn't to blame for the cheating.

It seems like it's a difficult thing to think about when your guy has thousands of other girls on their site, and you don't know ANY of them. You have to have a talk with him, and KNOW that he's serious with you. Otherwise you can't get any closer than what you are now. You can continue to be friends, but he can't expect you to commit to him, if he isn't up front with you and commit to you.

It isn't fair to say he can't have other friends, it happens. You just have to know that you're the center of his affection. If he runs you in circles, drop him. No one is worth pain because they won't tell you the truth.

Facebook and myspace are harmless until your relationship starts having problems. Then you might start to see pictures of your guy or girl hugging someone else. Just not what you want to see at all. I think facebook has made breakups 10 times harder. For me anyway haha

No, but if it does the relationship was already doomed to begin with.

I don't think that myspace or facebook can cause any serious problems with a relationship. If the guy you like has a lot of friends that are girls then that just means that he has a lot of friends. And if you have less guys as friends then his girls as friends then that just means that maybe you just bond more with the same sex.
