The weight doesn't (or shouldn't!) matter as much as your health. Exercise and eat healthily--that means healthy, not perpetual skinny-making diet. The waist-hip ratio is supposed to be important (0.7 is good) and the way to get a smaller waist is to eat healthy fats which settle on your boobs and butt.
