This is the coolest site. My first question my girlfriend posted for me. This was before I created my own profile and user name. It was a question about my current relationship and well, the outcome of that question wasn't very good. I was feeling kind of doubtful about my relationship and so I decided to tell my boyfriend about this site and about the question (stupid, I know. But I can't really keep secrets). We talked about it and he was angry. But we worked it out. I did tell him that I wouldn't ask anymore questions. But I can't help myself.
Since then, obviously, I've created my own account. If you check my profile you'll see that I've listed my personality as crazy, sexy, cool. So, last weekend we had gone to party for one of the people I work with and on our ride home I asked him what he would like to do with the rest of the evening and he said "we'll think of something crazy, sexy, cool. " Is this total coincidence or has he found my profile on this site and if so how?
Keep in mind that he's a movie buff and often refers to movie quotes. Is this from a movie, maybe?
I don't know if it matters so much why he said that, but keeping secrets is not good for a relationship. I think you've got to come clean about this, since you promised you wouldn't ask any more questions. I know that sucks because then you can't get advice, but I just think you'll be so stressed worrying about it. That said, I don't think he should be telling you what you can and cannot do, but if it was just the emotion of the moment, then I understand.
You're probably right. I don't like to keep secrets. I'm a very open person. I like to tell my boyfriend everything and I would like for him to be my best friend. However, he's very secretive. We're totally oposite like that. It's not like I think he's doing anything or keeping secrets to be sneaky. He's not use to being in the kind of relationship that I am and so we're trying to meet in the middle. I thought I'd give the mysterious thing a try. No biggie really. Thanks! - 3 months ago

Not to be negative, but (! ) my ex H was like that. It ended up being a huge problem in our marriage because there was just no emotional intimacy. It bothered me more than him, so I would just say to be careful that you don't ignore something that is really important to you: meeting in the middle may not be enough. Best wishes! - 3 months ago

They usually give me that "what an idiot" look. And then I laugh and let them know that I am aware that the line is bad, but it's worse to not meet someone that you are interested in. Typically I get a positive response to that; everyone wants to do well in the dating game and the ladies know that even the best players miss a pitch or two.
