To what extent do you consider a person's zodiac sign when choosing to date them? Do you ask them right off of the bat or do you try to figure out there sign based on their personality? Do you stay away from certain people romantically solely based on their zodiac sign (ex: capicorn, gemini, taurus)? Do you even care?

The more that a girl is "in touch" with her zodiac sign and her horoscope, the less I want to date her. That stuff is for gullible fools (see explanation by rohanprabhu below, thanks). The personality profiles are the best, too...the attributes of every single sign are all positive generalities, but with synonyms used. Pisces might be: Ambitious, attractive, funny, and smart. Scorpio would be: Dedicated, good looking, good sense of humor, and intelligent.

How come none of the zodiac profiles say: mean, vindictive b*tch or selfish bastard who will cheat on you with another girl. Because they're made up, that's why.

Nope I do not. because it is f***ing stupid to even assume this as a possibility. Zodiac practitioners make so many predictions, that by probability measure a few of them are bound to hold true. And when they do, idiots of this world assume that.. well.. horoscopes do work out.

Plus, Zodiac signs are based on the fact that earth follows a circular orbit. Kepler proved that earth follows and elliptic orbit and we are a heliocentric system rather than a geocentric one. So any scientific basis of zodiac signs goes right out the window.

Every zodiac sign has around half a billion people. That is too large a group to statistically predict anything about. Hence, there is no way one can correctly guess a person's Zodiac sign based on their personality. Plus, people change over a period of time [they do... change is the foremost necessity to maintain the space-time continuum]. Their zodiac signs do not. Hence, Zodiac signs predicting anything about a state property like personality, or let's say luck, over a period of lifetime can hardly be deemed to be accurate.

I hope I have answered a few of your questions.

I'm a scorpio and supposedly Cancer's and Pisces are my best matches. But I don't go around looking to date those two guys.

But you know the "profiles" do help give me some insight to their personality and what I'm working with.

In fact some of the greatest men I have met are ones who the astrology said would be the worst match...

I find that zodiac signs can be helpful, but don't base everything off them. For instance my ex and I were supposedly a great match according to zodiac, we got along but there was no real connection. He later cheated on me and we ended it after 6 months.
When my boyfriend now, isn't one of my most compatible signs but we have a much deeper connection and get along better. I have come to find it's usually a bad idea to date someone with the same sign as you though, because they tend to be too much like you :(
