So I like this girl from work for awhile but I had a girlfriend. now I don't so I told her I liked her. yesterday was the first day I talked to her on the phone she was on break at work while I was off. I went over there to say hi b4 she left at 10pm but got pulled over so I missed her :(. But I still went there and talked to a few people working and the girl I like is very flirtatious and one guy she flirts with a lot is a very good friend of mine so when I was hanging around work last night the one boss comes up to me and says that she totally rejected my friend when he tried to flirt with her all of a sudden. The night before that we had a new guy flirting with her and my friend told her that I was getting jealous which I wasn't so whatever. So was she trying to say that of we dated she could stop flirting with other guys?

sorry I know its long

Ok..since I'm a girl ill try to help but all females are different. I would say to take it real slow because if a girl is flirty with a lot of guys it prob. means that she just enjoys the attention a little too much. Maybe start off by being friends and going on dates. Try to watch if she keeps flirting. Then if not maybe take it to the next level in intentions that she is still going to flirt so that way it won't be as bad if you two break up. If she isn't flirting because she is with you well then hey good thing, but if she still does it real bad then maybe confront her about it. I really can't tell you if she is saying if you two started dating that she would stop but...i hope I helped a little.

Be very careful with women. I was in a situation very similar, but slightly different. Brother, I am paying for big time now. Here's my story: I was introduced to a 21 year old girl that I had no intentions of pursuing. We became friends and it was great. She was engaged and I had a girlfriend. She would ask me to lunch, then she would ask the girls that worked with about my work schedule. Then it led to her telling me she missed me the other day, to her stopping by just to say hi. All of these gestures were mild flirting which I didn't take it seriously until.....the day she came to my work, asked me to lunch, brought a menu from a restaurant from the food court(which we all know the restaurants have menu boards) and the food court was no further than 50 feet away from my work. She came in and looked at me and as I got closer to look at the menu, which she was holding, she turned her back towards me and she had me looking over her shoulder to see the menu. Now if this wasn't flirting, I don't know what is. Well, I was left confused. So, the next day I called her up and asked to talk with her. I confronted her about what had happened and she denied that she was flirting and we haven't been friends since. Interesting how it works. Actually, it's quite confusing.
