I don't think someone in their 30s with someone between the ages of 18-20 is ever really considered perverted. It may raise a few eyebrows - both both are legally consenting adults. I think it is more common to see an older guy - with a younger woman. I haven't checked figures or anything but that's just the way it seems.
i tend to think an older woman with a younger man tends to raise more of an uproar - but still, in any case, wouldn't, at least by me, be considered perverted. Nor would a man and a younger woman.

As women approach their 40s they are at their prime .they are laying in wait.clanging their fork and knife in a crossward motion a' la Wile E Coyote.licking their lips at their young prey.While males tend to be at their prime around the 17 to 23 year range. It's a strange disparity and make one wonder but alas probably no explanation. By the time she's though with you, you'll lay there on the bed, zapped of all your energy and in a daze.with claw marks on your back not realizing what just hit you. All the while the 'Cougar' who has just made a 'snack' out of you is in the bathroom looking into the mirror, reapplying her lipstick and brushing her hair with a smirk. you have just been PWNED!

nothing wrong with either situation you describe; however they are viewed differently. The idea of perversion only comes into play if the viewing person sees the matching as being only sexual; and, perhaps, it is, but that doesn't make it perverted.
