ooh, well when a guy doesn't call after he gets her number, we assume that you weren't as interested as we impressioned, but facebooking her and getting back in contact with her, can change her mind. DEFINITELY contact her. look at it this way, you wouldn't want to look back on the situation and know that you didn't contact her in fear of her finding it strange, am I right? So go for it, contact her on facebook, it's unexpected and shows that you thought of her and shows her that you didn't forget about her. Write her with something light but flirty, she probably won't ask why you didn't call because she may not get a good response, in her mind. but regardless if she does or not, after she replies, write her back and somewhere in the message say "im so sorry I never called. I'm getting my phone turned on in a couple of days, you should call me. so I can explain ;)'' something cute and lets her know you still like her and didn't forget her. don't get all detailed like "well I was busy buying a cheeseburger that one day I was gonna call you, it was delicious by the way! then my phone went out because blablabla'' just get the sorry across that you never called, that it wasnt because you didn't think of her, because you did, but life got you too busy, but you're getting your phone turned on and you'd like to talk to her ;) good luck dude. that's cute that she's been the only one on your mind, hope she's all that you imagined!

i would talk to her first on facebook. explain to her. and then when you guys start talking again, ask her when would be a good time for you guys to talk on the phone. its not weird to contact her on facebook. trust me. a lot of people do it.
