Should I call him again?

I'd say try one more call. If he doesn't answer or get back to you, then just try to let it go, even though it's hard. He needs to make the effort.

Tell him there's a thing you think he might like, something with dogs or whatever you like, and invite him. Don't ask if he's doing anything, just tell him to call you if he wants the details.

Call him again some guys are shy maybe he waiting on you it can hurt if he saids he not interested but then you will know and can move on
