Absolutely.
Just pick up something small, and it doesn't have to be something with that vacation spot's name on it, but something that reminds you of them. And when you give it to him/her, say just that."I saw this while I was at ______ and it made me think of you". They'll love the gesture that you thought of them~
Why not! Just get him something small, nothing too big or expensive. Maybe a small little thing that is reminding of the area where you are going. Just a little knick-knack, not crap of course. Get him something he could stick in his office, a little statue or figure of something. Something that could fit inside a shoebox. Just a little something to say I was thinking of you. I'm sure he would love it, it is the thought that counts.
A t-shirt or a keychain will do.
