Most couples have a wide range of how much time they need with their loved ones. You can't determine an exact amount, or even one close to it without actually testing it out for yourself. Start out small and then go on for longer time periods until you two find a good standing ground. People have certain tolerance levels, and that is what plays a big role in the amount of time you spend together. If you spend too much time you could get tired of each other and cause fights/arguing, and if you don't spend enough time you might get distracted by other people or drift apart from each other.
Usually in relationships first starting off, less time is needed with each other maybe 20 hours or less a week roughly. As a relationship grows I can say more time is needed, but it depends on how both people feel about the situation. This subject isn't something someone else can determine. It is something that should be discussed among the two whom are going out, and they determine the outcome. Personally my girlfriend lives with me, yeah at this age and we never get tired of each other. It honestly depends on the couple, their needs/wants, and what they think is best for their relationship.
