Yeah, as a guy the way it goes is that the ball is in his court. Although it's up to you to be certain that you've left a message on his phone, so if you really think there is a chance that that happened, I don't think it looks bad if you call again. Just don't end up like the guy in Swingers :P

Hey. either he's playing with u! which is he waits and you don't hear from him, you call and make you feeling of going after him. or not interested. or as you said he doesn't know how to talk and act and he's afraid to be rejected! but you gotta think, do you really wanna go out with a guy like that?!

Hm. I'd definitely want to know what was up as you're both adults and shouldn't have to beat around the bush about things, but I probably wouldn't call him back since you've already put the ball in his court. Even if he didn't get your message he knows to call a girl after a date if he wants to go on another date with her.

After a few weeks I don't think it'd be so bad to send him a text message or email and say something like "I've been crazy busy, hope things are going well for you!" and see if you get a bite, otherwise assume he lost interest and move on.

I agree I do believe he will call. If you haven't heard from him in a week or two i'd make mention of it and give him a call and say did ya die lol. But other than that I would really just wait!

The thing that works best for me, is to leave them alone, let them call you, be patient.
men don't seem to want the needy type, once you're in a relationship this rule isn't as important. But if he likes you "he will call."
