How do I get him to ask me out?

Ummm, I don't know - sounds like the guy you're in love with is a bonehead - ignore the guy for a week, then out of the blue be very friendly to him and touch his arm, maybe put your hand on his chest and look him in the eyes for a little longer then you normally would - if he doesn't ask you out then. Move on

I'm not quite understanding the story, but let me see if I got this right. You met this guy at the ice rink started to flirt with him. The guy that you're in love with got rather jealous that you started to flirt with the ice rink guy. If that's correct, you should tell the guy that you love straight up what the deal is. If he doesn't want to commit to a relationship, then tell him that you're going to move on and there's nothing that he can really do about it. Unless he mans up and makes a move, just be sure to let him know that there's plenty more fish in the sea (of course phrase it the way you find appropriate).

I agree with hObO1256. just tell him how you feel and ask him if he feels the same..if he doesn't then too bad for him..he's not the only guy

I am in similar situation, I met this guy and we liked each other, we made out and so on. Then later he tells my friend he doesn't want me to fall for him. But he keeps asking me to hang out until today and we make out. He told me himself he likes me. He's not going out with anyone but still he's not asking me out, even sometimes I feel he gets emotional with me and sometimes he's cold and just can't open up. All I do is ignore him as much as I think I should, then it keeps him coming back, but I know I am doing wrong. So in your case, maybe he's afraid to be in love, because he's afraid to get hurt, like when he saw you were flirting with someone. Just tell him straight out that you have feelings for him and if he ignores it, you'll just move on. Because I know guys adore honesty more than mystery, well most in my experience. Good luck!
