A guy would have all the reassurance he needed to be a man and ask you out, instead of being a shy boy .

The downside, is if this guy is really immature, he might start acting a little too cool and cocky .

If it was me though, and I'm not like anyone else, I wouldn't let you - besides, I doubt you could jump high enough to do it to me - but if you did somehow manage to kiss me, it would most likely annoy me, since if I had interested in you, I would already kissed you, or at a minimum, been pursuing you .

It depends on who she was . If it was someone I wasn't dating, it would definitely be a shock . If she was hot, I'd be like, thanks, what was that for . I'd feel good and on cloud 9 for a sec . But then my brain would bring me back to reality and be like, "ok, was that some kind of dare . " Or I would wonder what kind of a girl just goes up and kisses guys . If she can do that to me, then she's done it to other guys . Not trying to be Negative Nancy, just trying to be realistic about the situation .

I would be naturally high for weeks and be unbelievably happy !

Be scared shitless, but try like hell to get the shock over kiss her back look into her eyes and ask her out lol

I'd probably get a boner . Lol And then say "Holy shit ! " with a big smile .
