There is this guy I really like . He's older but not illegally so don't worry .
I've just recently gotten him to notice me a little; he stares at me and I catch him (he looks away quickly), he smiles at me .
I've done so much . I wear my short skirts (I'm not a giant slut but I have great legs and I've seen him check them out), I'm loud (but not obnoxiously so), I dance in a room when he's there/when he can see me (not all the time, cos then he'd think I'm a freak who just dances to anywhere she needs to go), I've even offered him candy and he's accepted .
i just want to know, is there anything I'm missing here ? Like some crucial step ? I still need to ask him about himself, etc . , but anything else I could do to get him to kind of think of me in THAT way ?

Try flirting with him and at least just have a regular conversation with him . If you routinely smile and say hi to him whenever you see him then you will become closer .
