Is it rude to approach a girl at the gym?

nope not rude at all. just like they said not in the middle of my run lol I was running and this guys starts talking so you come here alot? I am like out of breath yeaa.. and he just kept talking till I told him sorry please I can't talk I am running! haha ..anyways but yea sometimes I see the really cute guys there and if they came up to me I totally wouldn't mind

I wouldn't care if a guy approached me as long as I was not in the middle of my run. Wait until the end or when she seems to be taking a break.

i don't think it's rude at all. approach her while she's getting a drink or while she's whipping off the machine after she's done with it. it would be a little annoying, not rude, if you approached her while she was on the elliptical or while she was sprinting on a treadmill, just because she's probably in the zone.

Dont approach them while they're sweating bullets, they are there to work out most of the time not to socialize.
