People always assume others are going to have qualities that they perceive them to have. If you see an attractive person, you could assume they are more prone to have sex and therefore talking to them about it or suggesting it wouldn't seem like an odd thing to do.

It's a stereotype that attractive women are going to want to have sex more often, since they are more likely to get approached. I don't think it will change any time soon- if ever.

Now, easy? I think how a woman dresses and carries herself has more to do with being considered easy to have sex with. Wearing conservative clothing and a "F-U" face will send a very different signal than someone who wears spandex and winks.

In your age range, yes. Just showing interest in a guy in his mind means GREEN LIGHT! so you need to temper it with communication. Don't play games with dropping hints or whatnot. Just tell him how you feel and what you think. I know they can be two separate things sometimes.

Honestly, the natural assumption is that yes, girls who are hotter are easier. If you asked any guy to stop and honestly think about it, he'd probably admit that he knew it wasn't always true, but it's the stereotype. A lot of times girls who are really attractive are used to getting everything they want in all aspects of life. As a result, when they go through their hormone-charged years and want sex, they can get it without a problem because of their looks. As a result, though, they get labeled as easy. Guys see these girls and assume that every hot girl must be the same way. Why? Because guys like things simple.
