Do you think it matters to a guy about age?

It's a subjective answer really. For most guys, especially the older we get, age becomes less of an issue and maturity levels become more important. At the age rage you're focusing on, it's not really that big of a deal. In fact dating a woman that's older is actually a good thing due to the prestige it carries, however small it may be.

Honey it really doesn't matter-a year is nothing! I had the same problem, my ex is a year younger than me and for the first few weeks I was a bit hung up on it but I then realised that age is just a number and that my feelings for him were way to strong to let something like that get in the way. Its not as if he is like 30 years older than you-in the grand scheme of things it really isn't an issue. And if you really feel that strongly about him don't let a 12 month age difference get in the way of what could be a great relationship :)
