OK so this guy I like seems to like me but he hasn't done anything. he always walks by where I talk to my friends after school, at games he hangs around where I am and he will go behind me at one part for no apparent reason, stand there and talk to people but my friends say he keeps looking at me, then walks back to where he was before and continues to throw glances at me the rest of the game. I see him stare at me in class and he will get very close sometimes and when I get close he gets nervous. what's going on? am I reading this all wrong?
Well, as a guy, I think I know the problem. One of the responses you received said that he may be shy, but you say that he's outgoing. the truth is that he's probably both. Let's face it, people are complex and have many sides to them. If he really does hang around you as much as you say and if you are sure that his stares are directed at you then there is no question that he likes you. His actions are clearly intended to get you to react first so that he doesn't have to put himself in a postition where he risks being rejected. As an outgoing guy who likes to receive attention, he is not comfortable being the attentioin giver, at least not in an open and overt way. So, what do you do to break the ice? Well, if you are tired of the games, then you should try to be the mature one and approach him. Say hello, ask him something, anything to put him at ease. Once he sees that he does not have to fear being rejected by you, his outgoing personality will take over and you'll both be happy!
yeah he defitnetly likes you and when he's staring at you it's not just staring, he's observing you , seeing what makes you tick , basically trying to figure you out . Trust me just keep acting the way you do but try and give back a few signs that you like him yourself for example stare at him when he stares at you, he will defitnetly see this as you flirting with him. Then finally you have to be patient and wait , he will come to you trust me.
plain and simple he really likes you and is scared sh*tless of getting embarressed or rejection.. give him SIGNS you like him... so he can break the fear and talk to you
